Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of TKPost YQ, a service that transfers video files to TikTok accounts that have expressly authorized the service. By connecting an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
TKPost YQ uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API to send media to an authorized account's TikTok inbox or draft workflow. TKPost YQ does not make the final public post. The account holder must review the content, complete any editing, select music or commercial disclosures, attach any eligible product, and confirm publication in TikTok.
2. Eligibility and authorization
You must be authorized to act for every TikTok account you connect. You may not connect another person's account without permission, bypass TikTok controls, or provide false account information. TikTok may limit, suspend, or revoke API or account access under its own terms.
3. Your content and responsibilities
- You retain responsibility for all videos, captions, music, product claims, trademarks, and other materials you submit or publish.
- You must have all required rights, licenses, permissions, and commercial music rights.
- You must comply with applicable law and TikTok's Terms, Community Guidelines, TikTok Shop policies, and developer policies.
- You may not use the service for spam, deception, infringement, malware, illegal goods, or unauthorized automated activity.
4. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your TikTok account and for promptly revoking authorization if you suspect misuse. We may suspend access to protect users, the service, or TikTok.
5. Availability and third-party services
The service depends on TikTok and infrastructure providers. Upload limits, review decisions, notifications, editing tools, product-link eligibility, music availability, and content distribution are controlled by TikTok. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, publication, reach, sales, or recommendation traffic.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and revoke TikTok authorization at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from TikTok decisions, account restrictions, failed uploads, content claims, or your publication choices. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
